10+
years at HubSpot
I joined HubSpot as a new grad in 2015 and have grown with the company from Software Engineer through Senior, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Staff Engineering Lead, to Principal Software Engineer today. Over that time HubSpot grew from a few hundred engineers to thousands.
That kind of tenure means I've seen what breaks at scale, what compounds quietly, and what actually matters when building systems and teams meant to last.
